ARTICLE 27.2.2 – Nature of Consultation The consultation provided for in this Part shall balance the needs of the DIO for information, an opportunity for discussion among Inuit, and the needs of Government and the proponent for timely and cost-effective decisions. Nunavut Agreement AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INUIT OF THE NUNAVUT SETTLEMENT AREA AND HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA SEARCH Navigation .: The Nunavut Agreement: AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN: The Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area as represented by the Tungavik Federation of Nunavut AND: Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada.
